moonlight and the oil spill

The full moon has passed, however we can still focus on the moonlight. Visulize it hitting the oil, transforming it, nutralizing it, breaking it up into tiny, unharmful particles, so that the natural energy of the light and the water can heal it. (just as microbes would work their magic were the ‘powers that be’ decide to use them)
